can anyone give me info on adding a picture/avatar to my profile Thanks

Fist thing you need to do is resize and image you wish to use to no more than 150 pixel wide.

This can be done with a photo editing program or a program dedicated to resizing images.
I use pixresizer, free down load from here, http://pixresizer.en.softonic.com/
I have been using it for a few years, you can do one at a time or a folder full.

Once the image is "Shrunk" go open "My profile", just below the avatar image, open "Avatar" from the listing near the top, then "Upload an image from your computer" then OK.
